Our refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of our business and deter individuals who are not genuinely interested in our products or services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund, exchange of services, or a revision is warranted, and we are committed to addressing such cases fairly and promptly.
Please note that all refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team. We will strive to make sure a happy medium is met between My Brand Aesthetic and our client(s). We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we deem to be made in bad faith or without valid reason.
By implementing this refund policy, we aim to ensure that our customers are serious about their purchases and are committed to working with us to achieve their business goals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
By having a solid refund policy like this, we are protecting the interest of every person(s) implicated in the transaction, including you considering you are a client yourself.
You may claim refund for a project ONLY if the work has not yet started on the project and the request is made within 2 days from the date of payment. The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction charges from the amount. However, once the work has started on a project or the request is made post 2 days from date of payment, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy
Please note that we provide refunds to customers ONLY when the work hasn’t been started. If the services or the work has started, No Refund will be issued. We invest our money, time, energy, software, and internet data into any project we start so no refund will be issued once the work has begun.
Web Design (Including E-Commerce Websites)
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all money paid are retained by My Brand Aesthetic and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Domain, Hosting, DIY Website, & Professional Email Service
Domain & Hosting service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours. We offer a 3 day refund for our DIY website builder service. Our Professional email service cannot be refunded due to our domain policy after initial 24 hours. We CAN however exchange your domain name and email name within 5 business days of purchase.
Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Management services are nonrefundable, and My Brand Aesthetic does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by My Brand Aesthetic in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all money paid are retained by My Brand Aesthetic and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Logo & Branding Design
Fees regarding your logo and/or branding design are only refundable prior to your consultation with a designer. Since the logo and/or branding fee is entirely based on the designers knowledge, expertise and time, once you have had your design consultation the amount that can be refunded will be based entirely on the amount of time spent and work completed. This will be determined by your designer and account manager based on our set rate.

Refund Requests:
‘Payment Not Authorized’: It’s fairly easy for us to prove that this payment was authorized due to information such as your IP address, credit card information, previous correspondence, emails, and more to prove your identity and our project correspondence. These types of refund requests will be denied.
‘I Had No Way To Contact You’: Our contact information is located on almost every page on this website including the Header and the Footer so you can contact us at anytime. Our team member assigned to work on your project will make contact with all future methods to reach them and confirm receipt.

We work with a variety of payment processors, so we set up our policy to make sure you as the client has access to our services in any way you are comfortable with payment.
Credit card providers and payment processors frown on refunds, and we want to remain in good terms with our payment processors. By doing our due diligence like we did and do, we protect our most valued assets i.e. our payment processors.
ONCE WORK HAS BEGUN ON THE SERVICES YOU HAVE PAID FOR, PAST THE ABOVE SPECIFIED TIME FRAMES, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
