Let’s talk about your hair.
You do not need to diagnose the service yourself. Choose the closest direction, share what is happening now, and we will shape the appointment from there.
Bring the useful truth.
Perfect terminology is not required. A little honest context gives the stylist more to work with than a folder of inspiration alone.
List recent color and texture services.
Include professional and at-home work, even if it has mostly grown out.
Describe the routine you will actually do.
Frequency, heat, air-drying, workouts, climate, and time all matter.
Bring what you like—and what you do not.
Both sides help clarify tone, shape, density, and finish.
Clear is kind.
Deposits and confirmation
Some color and extended appointments require a deposit. The amount, timing, and cancellation terms are shown before an active booking is completed.
Changes and cancellations
Appointments changed inside the studio’s notice window may forfeit the deposit or require a fee. Exact policy language should match the salon’s local requirements.
Late arrival
Late arrival may change what can be completed safely in the remaining time. The studio will confirm whether the appointment can be adjusted or should be rescheduled.
Health and service boundaries
Active scalp concerns, open wounds, or conditions requiring medical care may need professional clearance before a cosmetic service can proceed.
