Built around the chair.
Sable is a focused room for honest consultation, technical work, and the kind of attention that gets lost when an appointment becomes a relay race.
Independent by designI opened Sable because the best hair appointments begin before the technical work.
You need enough quiet to say what has not worked. You need a stylist who notices how your hair falls before reaching for a tool. And you need a plan that respects the time, upkeep, and budget you actually have.
After twelve years behind the chair, I wanted a studio paced around those conversations. Sable is intentionally small. Every guest knows who is doing the work, why each decision is being made, and what the result will ask of them later.
The goal is never to make every head look like it came from the same feed. The goal is clarity: a shape that makes sense, color that belongs to the person wearing it, and care that protects what comes next.
That is why the schedule has breathing room, consultations are direct, and the finished work is checked in real light—not only under a ring light at the chair.
Warm light. Clear mirrors. No performance.
The room is designed to feel considered without feeling precious. Come as you are. Bring references, questions, and the truth about your morning routine.

Nothing rushed. Nothing prescribed before we listen.
Small choices, held consistently.
Your consultation, technical service, finish, and home plan stay connected.
Timing and technique adjust when the integrity of the hair asks us to slow down.
You hear the real upkeep before agreeing to the result—not after.
Product and styling guidance is tailored, concise, and never a shopping list.
